AI-Empowered SAFe®: SAFe Scrum Master

A Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train does more than run team events. You keep one team flowing while it plans, integrates and delivers with every other team on the train — and AI-Empowered SAFe gives you role-specific AI to do that with less overhead and better data.

In this course you learn the Scrum Master's role inside a SAFe enterprise: facilitating team events, clearing impediments, coaching Lean-Agile practices and coordinating dependencies with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer. You practise prompting, responsible AI use and SAFe CoPilot on real Scrum Master work, with humans kept in the loop. You leave ready to serve a team that delivers as part of the train, not beside it.
