An evening for leaders at any level on what changes when AI agents do the work and people lead on outcomes.

At Enterprise Movement the agents already write the code, the plans and the documents, and they run more and more of our own workflows alongside our people. The hard part turned out not to be the technology. It is how you lead the agents so that what they build has an effect, what conditions they need to build the right things, and what a team even is once producing the output stops being the scarce part.

Scaled Agile has rebuilt SAFe around exactly those questions: AI-Native SAFe. Enterprise Movement, a SAFe SPCT Gold Partner and among the first thirteen chartered global partners in the programme, runs its whole organisation on it.

The evening in three parts: • The rebuild: what AI-Native SAFe actually changes, from Scaled Agile. You don't need to run SAFe to follow it. • An ordinary week: how it really runs inside Enterprise Movement, including what went wrong. • Open floor: your questions and your situation.
